Reference images you upload for practice sessions
Artwork you save to your gallery

Feature usage patterns

Technical Data

Device type and browser information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the Service
Display your practice statistics on your Stats page
Generate and manage share links
Respond to your inquiries and support requests
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
Comply with legal obligations
Improve the Service using anonymized, aggregated data

3. Content Moderation

All uploaded images are automatically scanned for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Additionally, images may be reviewed by our team if they are reported through share links or flagged by our systems. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to review any content to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

If we discover CSAM, we are legally required to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and may share relevant information with law enforcement.

We do not use your images or artwork to train generative AI models

Research and Personalization

We may use anonymized or aggregated data derived from your usage patterns, practice sessions, and interactions with the Service to:

Personalize your learning experience by optimizing practice recommendations, timing, and content suggestions based on your progress
Improve the Service by analyzing aggregated learning patterns across users

Your actual reference images and artwork are never used for these purposes—only anonymized usage data and statistics.

Service Providers

We use third-party services to help operate the Service, including:

Google (authentication via OAuth)
Firebase (hosting, database, storage)
Payment processors (if you subscribe to a paid plan)

Share Links

When you generate a share link, the linked content becomes accessible to anyone with that link. This is a feature you control.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Within 30 days of deletion:

All uploaded reference images will be permanently deleted
All saved artwork will be permanently deleted
Practice history and statistics will be permanently deleted
Active share links will stop working

We may retain anonymized logs for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, but nothing that identifies you or contains your content.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

Access: View your data through your Stats page and account settings
Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
